Aaron Harding
Lead Pastor
aaron@thebridgechurch.today
Pastor Aaron has been in full time ministry for nearly two decades. During that time he has served in virtually every ministry area in the local church from youth ministry, to groups & discipleship, to worship ministry and now as Lead Pastor. All of these experiences have given him both an understanding and a deep appreciation for the joys and demands of local church ministry. He earned his first degree at Appalachian Bible College in Biblical Studies and later studied Religion & Philosophy at Liberty University. His philosophy of ministry centers around a devotion to prayer and preaching the Word. His passion is to encourage, equip & empower individuals to use their gifts and talents to connect others to the love of Jesus. He loves serving the Lord in Delaware County with his wife, Martha, and four children: Elisha, Arya, Emma & Adley. He also enjoys the simple things in life like fishing, hiking, reading, puzzles and of course Legos!
Amy Horton
Director of Operations
amy@thebridgechurch.today
Amy's walk with the Lord began in 2002 when she was Baptized at Delaware Valley Christian Church by Pastor Brian.  It was the beginning of an amazing journey. She met her husband Dean in 1993 and they were married 1997.  They have been blessed with 2 wonderful boys, Nolan and Nicholas. They love spending time as a family outdoors, sports, movies and at the beach! They became part of The Bridge many years ago.  An amazing God-loving woman that many of you know well, Patricia Savage, took amazing care of both of their boys in the daycare. She faithfully invited them to attend service and they finally accepted her offer. They are forever grateful for her serving heart and love to their family and most importantly for being a warrior for Jesus and reaching out to us. They have been members of the church through many changes since 2008 and Amy now feels incredibly blessed to be part of the team here at The Bridge!

Martha Harding
Director of Outreach and Children's Ministries
martha@thebridgechurch.today
Martha is the mom to 4 amazing children and loves being able to help connect children in Bridge Kids to the love of Christ. Her journey into church ministry began right after she and Aaron got married in May, 2004. She served in many capacities from nursery to youth ministries. Most of her jobs outside of church have involved some sort of child care, from nannying for 5 years, to working as a Lead teacher at Discovery zone Learning Center, to Elementary and Middle school fundraising. It's safe to say that children and their care has always been something of importance to her and something she enjoys. She loves being able to help children connect the dots and see how God desires relationship with them, even now as young children.
Laurie Murdock
Director of Connections, FSR
laurie@thebridgechurch.today
Laurie joined our staff in 2020. After 29 years of working with children she heeded God’s calling and went back to school to receive her Associates degree in Christian Counseling and Bachelors degree in Religion.  Laurie and her husband have been blessed with three God-following children. She loves watching how God has used her children in different ministries as they have grown into adulthood. With each going onto their callings, she cherishes every chance she gets to spend time with the whole family. Besides leading our First Impressions team, Laurie connects our guests with baptism, membership, service opportunities, and more. Connecting others to their next steps as part of the Bridge family is a big part of her heart. One of her favorite verses of many is Philippians 1:6, “He who started a good work in you will carry it to completion.” God’s plan is not always quick in timing but He promises to lead us through each step of the path.
Tucker Rodkey
Director of Student Ministries
tucker@thebridgechurch.today
Pastor Tucker was born in Denver, CO and grew up in a Christian home with his parents and two brothers. Besides his two years living in Africa as a missionary, Tucker grew up in the Delaware County area. For years Tucker volunteered as a youth leader at his church before taking a role as Children’s Ministry Coordinator. After two years of working in kids ministry, Tucker felt called to launch Painting Freedom Ministries: a Christian arts non-profit dedicated to spreading the Gospel through the arts. Over the past four years, he has traveled all over the country working with and preaching to students and adults about the hope of Jesus. In addition to Painting Freedom, Tucker launched Legacy Arts Chester, a youth arts program for teens in Chester. He is passionate about long-lasting change in the lives of students in Delaware County and the Church at large. He and his wife, Lize, currently live and work in the city of Chester.

They were also blessed with four beautiful grandchildren. Lynda's greatest blessing and honor is now to serve in the ministries of The Bridge Church. She loves to use her gifts of love and compassion for all people. Lynda's greatest desire is to share the Love of Jesus with everyone she meets. She loves to spend time with her family, nature and she love butterflies and the beauty of all that God has created for all of us. Zach Dykes
Director of Digital Media
digitalmedia@thebridgechurch.today
Zach has been on staff with The Bridge since the Fall of 2017. He grew up attending First Baptist Church of Aston, which is where he found a personal faith in Jesus! Zach graduated from Baptist Bible College in Springfield, MO in 2009 with a degree in Intercultural Studies. BBC is where he met Kate, his wife and the mother of his 3 awesome and wild boys. Zach and Kate were married in May 2009. After spending a few more years in the Midwest, they moved back to Delco in 2012. As the Director of Digital Media, Zach's focus is on connecting others to the love of Jesus by making our Sunday services available online, both live and as a resource library, and by creating content to encourage people to grow deeper in the their relationship with Christ. One of his favorite verses is James 1:27, "Pure and undefiled religion before God the Father is this: to look after orphans and widows in their distress and to keep oneself unstained from the world."

"Paul and Timothy, servants of Christ Jesus:
To all the saints in Christ Jesus who are in Philippi, including the overseers and deacons.
Grace to you and peace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ."

Philippians 1:1-2 (CSB)

The Bridge Church strives in all things to follow God's Word, including how we structure our leadership and organization.

We recognize two biblical offices: Overseers (also called Elders and Pastors) and Deacons. One Overseer serves as our Lead Pastor, bearing spiritual responsibility for our local congregation. The other Pastors, with the full biblical authority of their office, willingly submit to the leadership of the Lead Pastor as they shepherd together.

Deacons serve at the direction of the Pastors, focusing on community care, physical resources, and organizational health.

At The Bridge Church, our leadership team is made up of Pastors, Deacons, and laypeople! In addition to the staff, these individuals make the ministries of The Bridge Church happen.
