What are we all about?
Community transformation through the love of Jesus.
The Mission
The mission of The Bridge Church is the same mission Jesus gave all His followers: Go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to obey everything He has commanded.
The way we say it at The Bridge -
our mission is
The way we say it at The Bridge -
our mission is
CONNECTING OTHERS TO THE LOVE OF JESUS
The Dream
It's the dream of a place where the hurting, depressed, the frustrated and the confused can find love, acceptance, help, hope, forgiveness, guidance, and encouragement.
It's the dream of a church that meets people where they are and helps them - even if there's no apparent benefit.
It's the dream of a place where diversity is the norm and people of all social and economic backgrounds are united in love and hope.
It's the dream of making Jesus known to hundreds of thousands of residents in Delaware County.
It's the dream of welcoming new families each year into the fellowship of our church family - loving, learning, laughing, and living in harmony together.
It's the dream of developing people of all ages to spiritual maturity through hosting Bible studies, small groups, seminars, and retreats.
It's the dream of equipping every believer for a significant ministry by helping them discover the gifts and talents God gave them.
It's the dream of having to have multiple services each weekend.
It's the dream of reaching more families through the expansion of our Discovery Zone Learning Center all through Delaware County.
It's the dream of being a church that attracts, rather than repels, the unchurched and disenfranchised.
